At an altitude of 3600 feet, the flat offers an exceptional view of the mountains and the Isère river.
Categorised as a “furnished holiday home”, it is a 2-room apartment measuring 70 m² (750 sq ft) plus a 18 m² (190 sq ft) private terrace. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people (plus a babycot).

The flat has been recently renovated and is very bright thanks to its south-west exposure, 4 large transom windows and a French window. The apartment is equipped with extremely fast Wi-Fi (fiber) at 585 Mbps. It is ideal if you want to work remotely while enjoying the nearby activities.

Located on the Col du Petit Saint Bernard road, close to the Italian border, the location of the flat is optimal and offers a wide choice of the biggest resorts in the Alps in the surroundings. It offers numerous possibilities for skiers and snowboarders:

– 0,8 miles from the ski lift Les Ecudets (access to the Franco-Italian ski area; the San-Bernardo ski area links La  Rosière – Montvalezan with La Thuile, Italy).
– 3,7 miles from the funicular of Bourg Saint Maurice (access to Paradiski via Les Arcs ski resort)
– 9,3 miles from the Sainte Foy Tarentaise ski resort.
– 13,6 miles from Tignes ski resort (Tignes les Brévières) : access to Tignes – Val d’Isère skiing area (former Espace killy).
