Paragliding in summer

Apartment Location Paradiski rental is a great location to practise many activities, for both idlers and sport fans. One of these activities is the Paragliding. This venture is particularly developed nearby our Séez village and across the Savoy region.

The stunning landscape you can see from the air will make your adventure unforgettable.

If you are lucky, you may watch the local fauna : bearded vulture, ibex, chamois and eagle.

The activity starts from 5 years old (minimum weight : 18 kg/39 lbs ; maximum : 95 kg/209 lbs). It does not have an age limit. 

A signed authorization from the parents will be required for participants under 18.

A medical certificate is not necessary.

As the activity is subject to the weather forecast, departure points and times may vary.

In summer time, the departure is usually from Bourg Saint Maurice, les Arcs, Peisey / Vallandry.  You may use the Bourg Saint maurice funicular to go in Les Arcs, famous meeting point for many paragliders.

The paragliding centre offers a few options, depending on how long you fancy to fly. The little discovery flight will mainly give you an idea about the activity (maximum duration 10 minutes) while the Panoramic flight will last up to 20 minutes.

You can also paraglide in winter, using skis. The sensation is quite different so we suggest to try the activity both in winter and summer. Our page will provide further details.
