Duration
The rental period can’t exceed 90 days for the same tenant (holiday rental)
Accommodation capacity
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people (plus a babycot)
Arrival and Departure time
Arrival time is from 4 pm the day of the check in and departure time is before 10 am
Reservation and Deposit
The reservation is made once the owner has received 30% deposit (excluding the tourist tax and extras for the bed linen / pet).
The price of the reservation has to be paid 30 days minimum before arrival.
In case of late booking (less than 7 days before the check in), the full amount of the reservation is required (including the tourist tax and extra for the pet)
Payment
Bank transfer on the account of the owner.
Balance
The final payment/balance must be made 30 days before arrival (at the latest). It does include the Tourist tax and the extra fees for the pet and the bed linen/towels (if relevant).
The reservation will be considered cancelled if the payment deadline has been exceeded (except for a late booking).
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax (compulsory tax which contributes to the tourist development) is due and calculated per night per adult person staying in the accommodation. The rate is 2% of the rental rate per adult per night (with a maximum of 2 €/adult/night).
Late booking
The total payment including the Tourist Tax and extra for the pet is due
for late bookings (less than 30 days before the check-in).
Breakage Deposit
A 500 € (five hundred euros) breakage deposit is required by credit card via the secured website Wannapay.fr before the check-in (in case of damage, loss of key or/and excessive dirtiness).
The breakage deposit will be hold during the stay and will be released (if there is no damage listed above) within 7 days following the departure.
Rates and charges
The rent price includes the use of the apartment as well as the cost of water and electricity for 2 people (one bed). There is an extra guest fee per night after 2 guests as followed:
– 30€/night for a third person
– 50€/night for a fourth person
– 65€/night for a fifth person
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Please let us know if you would like to add them: 20 €/person for the bed linen as well as one small and one big towel.
Final cleaning : the cleaning after the stay is included in the price. However, if the apartment is not left in a satisfactory condition (including empty garbage, crockery washed and put away), a part of the breakage deposit will be taken to pay the excessive dirtiness.
Pet
The presence of a pet in the apartment is allowed on request. A 50 euro extra will be required for the stay. The pet is not allowed to use the sofa, neither the beds. For more than one pet, please contact us.
Cancellation and interruption of the stay
In the case the tenant decides to unilaterally break the contract, he will loose the payment(s) previously done.
In the case the owner decides to unilaterally break the contract for any reason other than the non-fulfilment of the contractual obligations of the tenant, he must refund the deposit if the rental becomes impossible (case of force majeure).
Insurance
The tenant must be insured privately for third party liability (civil liability insurance) to rent the apartment. The owner may ask for a copy of his insurance.
