Via ferrata activity

Location Paradiski San Bernardo apartment is also well located to practice via ferrata
and rock climbing.

You can choose a guide from Sainte Foy (which is around 6,8 miles away from the apartment) or Bourg Saint Maurice (around 3,4 miles away) to try the activity.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of examples: these are some of the famous climbing spots near by. Click on each weblink to get the full details :

– Rocher du Chatelard spot : rock with a tower on the top wich overlooks Bourg Saint Maurice. The altitude at the start is 3110 feet and you can choose between 17 routes.

The hight is from 10 up to 35 metres (32 up to 115 feet).

The spot is ideal for beginners but there are also more difficult routes (5c/6c).

– Rochefleur spot : around 20 minutes by car to access to the spot starting from 

 Arcs 1600. Surrounded by forest, this spot is suitable for everyone. The altitude at the start is 5300 feet and you can choose between 10 routes.

The hight is from 10 up to 26 metres (32 up to 85 feet).

– falaise du Pré (Le Crot) spot: the wide choice of routes makes this spot perfect for the whole family. The small stream and the trees will freshen up you up during the route. The altitude at the start is 5085 feet and you can choose between 34 routes.

The hight is from 10 up to 30 metres (32 up to 98 feet).
