At 3600 feet altitude the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people (plus a babycot).
It is a large one bedroom of 750 sq ft plus 190 sq ft private terrace. This spacious apartment has been recently renovated. Facing South West, with 4 transom windows and a French window, you will benefit from the sunlight most of the day.
It also enjoys an exceptionnal view over the mountain and the Isere river.

Located on the road of the little Saint Bernard pass, near the Italian border, the location is ideal and offers numerous possibilities for skiers and snowboarders:

– 0,8 miles from the ski lift Les Ecudets (access to the Franco-Italian ski area; the San-Bernardo ski area links La  Rosière – Montvalezan with La Thuile, Italy).
– 3,7 miles from the funicular of Bourg Saint Maurice (access to Paradiski via Les Arcs ski resort)
– 9,3 miles from the Sainte Foy Tarentaise ski resort.
– 13,6 miles from Tignes ski resort (Tignes les Brévières) : access to Tignes – Val d’Isère skiing area (former Espace killy).
